We currently offer 3 ways of working. Rest assured that whichever way you choose to work with us, we understand that good businesses need good people at their core; we don’t waste time presenting rotten apples.

People package 1 / Contingent service

In a nutshell, you only pay us when we fill a vacant role for you with a suitable candidate. If we were lawyers, we’d call it, ‘No win, no fee.’ This service is non-exclusive, so we work in parallel with anyone else you’ve appointed.

People package 2 / Exclusive service

We work as your solely appointed consultancy for a set period, giving us the confidence to work more intensely with more resource. Just like our contingency service, you still only pay us when we fill the role.

People package 3 / Executive service

If you’re looking for people at the very top or within highly specialised niche areas (senior managers, execs, directors, and board members), we have an enhanced and more extensive service to help identify the right candidates. With this service, ask for part payment of the fee upfront.
