A well-established, multi-site chilled and frozen food manufacturer supplying the UK’s leading retailers is looking to appoint a Technical Support Manager to join its growing technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key customer-facing technical role within a respected and forward-thinking food business that places real emphasis on food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The Role
Reporting into the Technical Director, you’ll act as the first point of contact for technical queries from customers and suppliers. You’ll play a central role in complaints management, non-conformance investigations, and technical compliance, working closely with internal teams to ensure products consistently meet legal, customer, and food safety requirements.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being the “go-to” technical contact across the business.
