As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for multi-site customers nationwide, shaping commercial strategies, introducing exciting new products, and strengthening partnerships that deliver real long-term value.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and growing relationships with key national accounts.
  • Achieving ambitious sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  • Leading commercial negotiations with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Analysing market trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven success in B2B sales within the food industry, ideally ingredients or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with a customer-first approach.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Confidence in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK, plus occasional international trips.
