A global food group is seeking a Senior BDM to drive channel development across Europe’s ethnic supermarket, wholesale and cash & carry sectors.
This is a strategic, high-autonomy business development role focused on opening new accounts and expanding distribution across multiple European markets (excluding the UK).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ethnic channel expansion strategy across Europe
Open new accounts and broaden distribution footprint
Build long-term commercial partnerships with customers
Deliver pricing structures, brand plans and sales forecasts
Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis
Candidate Profile:
7–10 years selling into ethnic channels across Europe
Strong cultural awareness and existing customer networks
Proven track record of business development success
Fluent English essential; other EU languages highly beneficial
Comfortable with regular European travel
Package & Opportunity:
€70–€90k + performance bonus + car + fuel card
