We are working with a growing, internationally connected ingredients business to appoint a Senior B2B Sales Executive.
This is a hands-on commercial role offering the opportunity to build and grow a key sales area, gain exposure to international markets and a diverse product range, and shape your own approach within a collaborative, high-growth environment.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of key accounts and new business development, working closely with commercial and technical teams to drive revenue and expand market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship-led sales with proactive business development and wants to have a real impact on growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales growth across B2B customers within the ingredients sector
· Build and grow new business opportunities across target markets
· Manage and develop key client relationships
· Work cross-functionally with technical, supply chain and commercial teams
· Identify and deliver opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
· Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows and industry events
About You
We are interested in speaking with people who:
· Have experience in B2B sales, ideally within ingredients, chemicals or a related sector
· Bring a strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth
· Enjoy both new business development and account management
· Are comfortable working independently and travelling to meet clients
· Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

Additional Info
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
Travel: Regular UK travel, occasional international
Eligibility: Must have full UK working rights
