We’re working with a fast-growing, employee-owned food business that supplies all major UK retailers and foodservice customers with both branded and own-label products. With a strong international supply base and a collaborative culture, they’ve built a reputation for quality, innovation and looking after their people.

They are now looking to appoint a Sales Support professional to join their commercial team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of retail and foodservice accounts. From stock management and contract balances to supporting tenders, launches, and customer presentations, no two days are quite the same. As you grow in the role, you’ll become the go-to person for your accounts, with a clear pathway to progress into broader commercial positions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing stock levels, contracts and weekly sales reporting
• Supporting tenders, product launches, and sampling requests
• Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Category teams
• Helping prepare commercial presentations and category insights
• Visiting stores to track performance and spot opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Degree or A-level educated (or equivalent)
• 1–2 years’ commercial experience, ideally in food or FMCG
• Confident with Excel and Outlook
• Organised, detail-focused and a natural team player with a can-do attitude
