Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading food service company located in the Dyersburg, TN region, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

What we are looking for you to do:

• Responsible for the management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.
• Develop thorough understanding of store level operations and company brand standards and operational procedures.
• Cross functional collaboration interdepartmentally - especially the operations division and field teams across the organization.
• Lead, train and develop, inspire, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Develop creative outreach strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Develop financial growth targets; clearly communicate vision and hold team accountable for hitting goals.
• Complete development plans for each direct report and evaluate performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support and close new business deals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
• 5+ years of food industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
