Our client, a market-leading organisation within the global nutraceutical and ingredients sector, is seeking a commercially driven and analytical Product & Pricing Manager to support continued international growth. Based in Dublin and offering a salary of €60,000–€65,000, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business operating at the forefront of the health, wellness, and nutrition markets.

Job Role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Product & Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance through effective pricing strategies, product portfolio optimisation, and data-led decision making. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve quotation conversion, maximise revenue, and enhance margin performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take a hands-on approach to improving the conversion of quotations into orders, working closely with Pricing and Procurement teams.
  • Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise product positioning.
  • Develop and implement agile pricing strategies across product, customer, geography, and channel segments.
  • Build pricing models that differentiate between value-added and commodity products across various markets.
  • Support the development of pricing tools and analytics to assess price elasticity and commercial performance.
  • Champion the integration of pricing strategy and tools across the wider business.
  • Establish efficient and scalable pricing administration processes aligned with business operations.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of pricing strategies for large contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions and commercial strategy.
  • Extract actionable insights from data to support Sales, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making across functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership to drive business performance.

 

Personal Profile

  • Degree-qualified (minimum honours level), ideally in Commerce, Business, or a Science-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
  • Experience within ingredients, nutraceuticals, or raw materials markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with pricing tools, CPQ systems, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
