HR Manager - Part-Time

£30k-£45k per annum (pro-rata)

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality health and wellness products. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time HR Manager to support our growing team.

 

Role Overview

The Part-Time HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR function across the business. This includes implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking flexible working arrangements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Irish employment law
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Advise and support line managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance
  • Support culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements
  • Lead HR reporting and analytics for senior management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a standalone or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Working Hours:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, mornings (e.g., 9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
Option 2: 1 full day and 3 additional half-days per week (flexible scheduling)
