The Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to take strategic and operational responsibility for product management within the Food & Nutrition division.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the product portfolio, driving innovation, and ensuring commercial success across multiple categories. Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, you’ll oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept and development to launch and optimisation.

The position requires a hands-on, commercially minded leader who combines strategic vision with strong project management and team development skills.

Key Accountabilities

· Lead the overall product management strategy for the Food & Nutrition portfolio.

· Drive new product development and relaunch projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

· Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

· Define assortment strategy, pricing, and margin development.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team.

· Work closely with suppliers and production sites to ensure quality and efficiency.

Person Profile

· Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, or a related discipline.

· Several years’ experience in product management within the food, nutrition, or FMCG sector.

· Strong record of leading product launches and managing end-to-end development projects.

· Excellent analytical and commercial skills with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.

· Passionate about consumer trends, product innovation, and brand growth.

· Proven leadership and people management experience.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

· German language skills would be advantageous.
