You don’t need food manufacturing experience — just a love of food, creativity, and a willingness to learn. 

Key Responsibilities. 

• Supporting the creation of new and exciting food concepts  
• Preparing samples for customer presentations and internal reviews  
• Getting hands-on with kitchen trials and product development  
• Learning the full NPD process from concept to launch  
• Keeping the development kitchen running smoothly day-to-day

• Experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
