Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients via account management strategies
  • Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively and meet sales targets
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products or services
  • Engage in business development activities to expand the company's market presence
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Attend tradeshows and industry events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings

We are seeking:

  • 5+ years business development experience in the food manufacturing sector
  • 3+ years B2B, industrial, technical food sales
  • Reliable vehicle and clean drivers abstract
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities in French are highly desirable
