A well-established European food manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial expansion across the industrial and foodservice channels.
This is a pure business development role with a focus on opening doors, building distributor/manufacturer relationships and delivering commercial growth across key European markets.
About the Role:
Identify and secure new business across Europe
Build strong relationships with foodservice distributors, HORECA and food manufacturers
Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end
Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and customer visits
Collaborate with supply chain, technical and marketing teams
About You:
Proven food industry sales experience
Strong business development (vs pure account management) background
Fluent English required; French or German an advantage
Industrial & Foodservice channel experience essential (5+ years)
Comfortable with regular European travel
What’s on Offer:
€70–€80k base salary + performance bonus
