This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and forever growing manufacturer to assume management and operational responsibility for the Production Shift Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the development, implementation and management of the Asset Total Productive Maintenance Program (TPM), including Operator care, Productive and Predictive maintenance schedules
• To manage the day-to-day workload of the Engineering team, coordinating and managing timely completion and escalation of engineering job orders
• To be accountable for asset related availability and performance losses
• To manage, provide direction and guidance to Production Shift Engineers 
• To assist in embedding a TPM and 5S culture within the production plants and Engineering satellite stations
• To adhere to the ISO9001 Quality systems and standards that are in place
