You could be an experienced recruiter (aka people consultant) looking for your next move. You might have a food or consumer goods background with no recruitment experience. The Role.

  • Engage with People, our client and candidates - via phone, email and social media
  • Develop and build an ability to identify the best candidates and match them to the best suited positions and businesses
  • Sourcing or targeting candidates, via digital and social media platforms
  • Interview and validate prospective candidates before making client introductions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking an initial role briefing with clients, producing associated advertising and marketing material, to actively approaching and supporting candidates through the recruitment process 
  • Act as a People Co. ambassador at all times and offer a first-class service to our clients and candidates

 About you.

  • People focused person
  • Previous recruitment, sales or account management experience or a school leaver or graduate looking to work within recruitment
  • Experience exceeding targets in previous roles (recruitment, sales or other)
  • Tenacious, driven and highly motivated to achieve
  • A passion for food & drink
  • Well organised with a ‘smart’ approach to managing your workload
  • Excellent relationship building experience
  • Thrive on the ability to work in a challenging yet rewarding marketplace
  • A very human and consultative approach to your work
