Now looking for a hungry and energetic sales manager to develop a strategic plan, new business and eventually recruit a team to work with them and grow the business.
Key Accountabilities
Identify leads and convert to new business
Setting up new business customers and overseeing and implementing their on-boarding
Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
Benchmark with a view to recommend profit and service improvements
Prepare market activity reports and understand trends and influences
Developing and growing new business in all sectors
Managing accounts, developing, and continuing relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships and collaborations
Personal Profile
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales development environment
Experience selling into catering and facilities management would be a huge plus.
You will be experienced with management of customer relationships
Strong commercial awareness with and ability to construct and deliver reports/ presentations
Numerate (financial plans, pricing, account profit, margins, etc.)
Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively
Ability to work efficiently using own initiative to resolve issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritising as appropriate
PC literate with strong skills in MS-Office
