Production Technicians

Role: Production Technician x 5

Location: Ayer, MA (20 mins west of Lowell MA, 1hr NW of Boston)

Shift and hours:

(3) 1st Shift: 5:00AM – 5:15PM

(2) 2nd Shift: 5:00PM – 5:15AM

Hourly Pay Rate: ($30.00-$32.00/hr)

Responsibilities:

• Self-motivation and are inquisitive by nature
• Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills in English required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to deal with and resolve highly complex issues and problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective at failure analysis, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum GED or equivalent 
• Experience working in a food manufacturing industry 
• Equipment engineering and/or maintenance experience 
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge, understanding and skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, manufacturing quality, product development 
• Can work in a non-climate-controlled environment
