An innovative manufacturer of a variety of delicious food products, supplying a range of sectors is offering the opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Sales Executive.
Responsible for building a community of customers for the brand and ensuring that they know where to buy the products. Working with the sales and social media teams to align customer plans, optimising brand visibility through a multi-channel approach. Awareness of the latest trends in the industry and what truly engages the customer audience. Responsibilities will include:
Owning the annual trade show strategy, execution, and budget
Building strong brand partnerships to capture a wider customer audience
Building a program of field sampling and sales in channels which complement the retail customer strategy
Marketing and representing the brand at relevant events
Organisation of relevant marketing materials and assets and deploying them in the appropriate channels and platforms
Organisation and tracking of customer samples
Managing general customer service inquiries and tracking customer feedback
General office administration tasks to support the wider team
Develop engaging concepts for trade shows and events and responsible for executing them, utilising your affinity for marketing
Thinking strategically and creatively to help shape the marketing campaigns,
Proactive and hands on attitude
Willing to travel within the UK and internationally
You must be up to date with the latest trends across the FMCG industry
You must be personable, able to build strong relationships and communicate with others
You must have a creative eye and think outside of the box
You will need to have strong writing and analytical skills
You are a self-starter, willing to take on a new challenge and try things out!
An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed is key.
