Inside Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading cheese manufacturing company that is looking to bring on board a talented Inside Sales Manager.

This is a great opportunity to be a key stakeholder in a small family-oriented company that values hard work and their employees!

Please note this is an onsite position, there is no remote capability.

What we are looking for you to do:

  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, generate interest and developing accounts
  • Develop and excute inbound/outbound campaigns/strategies via phoen, email, and other mediums
  • Manage a team of up to 2 sales members, cultivating and developing their progression and skills
  • Carry and exceed your team's quota
  • Identify and improve KPIs, provide consistent KPI reporting, lead pipeline, stage conversation, velocity and sales effectiveness
  • Forecast, track, manage and report sales activities and results
  • Training and development sales team members

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of sales team management experience (managing and scaling)
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales
  • Experience within the food service industry is considered an asset
  • Extensive CRM experience
  • Competitive, motivated, and ability for team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
